Online Returns and Refund Policy
ONLINE RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Please note this is only for items purchased online.
Thank you for shopping at Guinevere Antiques, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return you may do so within 28 days of the purchase. Please note, returns numbers must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return unsuitable items.
You have 14 days from the date you received the item to request a return. Please do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line.
You should receive an email containing your returns number.
Tick the items you are returning and enter your returns number on the commercial invoice supplied with your order.
Please note that all returns should be sent back in the original packaging provided and in the same condition you received it. You will be notified by email once your return has been received.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
